With more than 15 years of management experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jordan continues to lead the acquisition diligence and property repositioning and operations execution for Reger Holdings. Over the past several years, Jordan has played a key role in the acquisition of over 4 million square feet of industrial space in North and South Carolina.
Jordan has been directly responsible for the execution of the repositioning strategy for each of the properties along with the ongoing asset management of Reger Holdings Industrial portfolio and other company commercial real estate assets. He also plays a key role in identifying acquisition targets and facilitating the transaction process.
Jordan has a B.S. in Business Management from Buffalo State College.
