Minot Hall

Minot Hall is a mixed-use condominium conversion project located at 1723 Washington Street in the South End of Boston. Renovating an existing 20,000 square foot circa 1890, historic building and incorporating a 60,000 square foot addition creating 43 residential units, 40 underground parking spaces and 10,000 square feet of street level commercial space.

Minot Hall combined the original historic antique center structure with new construction. The condos feature hardwood floors, high ceilings, skylights, granite and stainless kitchens, and gas fireplaces. Several units have private balconies with views of the Back Bay, South End, and Blue Hills.
