A 28-story condo tower proposed at 17th and Guadalupe streets is getting closer to reality.
Developer Reger Holdings LLC on Sept. 21 received a site plan development permit from the city of Austin for The Linden, a 117-unit, 185,676-square-foot tower proposed for the northwest side of downtown between the Texas State Capitol and the University of Texas campus.
