"Reger's plans, which call for a 500-bed student housing community in six stories over a parking garage, require a rezoning approval from the city of Tampa. The first hearing on the request is scheduled for Sept. 22, according to city building records.
LCK of South Carolina will provide construction services, Colliers said, and the firm's development services arm will work with LCK as owner representative and development coordinator throughout the duration of the project."
