Reger Holdings said it has started work in downtown Austin on the Linden, a 28-story residential tower the New York-based firm announced last year.
The site, at West 17th and Guadalupe streets, formerly was home to the William Gammon Insurance building. The Linden is scheduled to open in 2023.
