Reign Living Tampa is a proposed student housing project located at 311 N Newport Ave in Tampa Florida. The proposed development site is adjacent to the western edge of The University of Tampa. The property would put residents within walking distance of every part of campus and be the only purpose-built housing development on the west side of the river.
The proposed project which will consist of 150 units and 575 beds, plans to offer a range of Class A amenities. Some of the amenities offered will be a fitness center, pool, volleyball court, outdoor lounge and grille stations, and a rooftop lounge looking over the campus.
