Reign Living At The Stadium is a 126-unit, 504-bed, four story-student housing project located less than a mile from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Reger Holding’s subsidiary, Reign Living, a private student housing company, developed the two-parcel, 10.3 acre site at 1087-1115 Shop Road in Columbia, SC.



Now completed, Reign at William Brice Stadium features 126 units containing 12 three-bedrooms, 108 four-bedrooms and 6 six-bedrooms. Units average 1,730 square feet. Units feature high-end finishes with designer kitchens and stainless-steel appliances, storage space as well as in-unit washer and dryers. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a fitness center, study rooms, computer labs and a movie theater, a one-of-a-kind lazy river pool with grilling stations, sand volleyball, a resident lounge and surface parking. The project was finished before the start of the 2020 academic year.
